I just woke up from a dream where Bill Murray was sitting next to me on a plane, first class, and made me feel better about where I am in life lol, definitely the best dream I’ve had in a while.

salted caramel, chocolate ganache and dark chocolate chip cake for plated dinner tonight

soooo instead of spending hours over a double boiler, you can put cans of sweetened condensed milk in a steamer for 3-4 hours and get nice, stiff caramel…. just passing it on:)
